SONIC EXPLORERS WORKSHOPS AT ISEA2012

The sonic explorers workshops encourage young people to experience the environment in new ways through experimental explorations in sound. Led by Australian composer Leah Barclay, participants will capture sounds using digital recorders and learn about sound mapping and acoustic ecology. All resulting soundscapes will be planted in the sound map on the website. The workshops are scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd in Downtown Albuquerque as part of the Intel Education Day.
516 ARTS presents the Intel Education Day for ISEA20212, featuring speakers, panels and workshops that explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) + Art education.
